Will & Sarah, Engaged @ Papago Park {Phoenix Engagement Photographer}

Will and Sarah are getting married! So to celebrate and commemorate this special time in their lives, we headed to Papago Park and The Desert Botanical Gardens to take some photos! I can't wait to spend more time with this fun couple when they get married next year!

JR & Melissa, Engaged @ Desert Botanical Gardens {Phoenix Engagement Photographer}

Every time I go to the Desert Botanical Gardens I find it even more beautiful than my previous visit. Maybe because the last couple times I've gone it has been spring time, when all of the flowers are in bloom, adding a beautiful layer of color to the desert. Or maybe it's because I keep getting to take photos of people in love, which is one of my absolute favorite things. JR and Melissa are no exception. They made these gardens look good, and we had a great time on our tour of all the desert plants. I can't wait to photograph these two love birds' wedding this fall!

Daren & Katrina, Engaged @ Tempe Town Lake {Tempe Engagement Photographer}

Daren and Katrina are getting married next year in Mexico and I couldn't be happier for them! We wanted to take some Mexico inspired photos to celebrate their engagement, and after a fantastic tour of Tempe (thanks, Daren), we found some great spots (maybe not as reminiscent of Mexico as we would have liked, but close enough for metro Phoenix)! Plus, we had lots of fun, and that's what really matters.

Kal & Karla, Engaged at Heritage Square {Phoenix Engagement Photographer}

The camera absolutely loves Kal and Karla. These two pose and move together beautifully. It's so clear that they love each other and have tons of fun together! After our original plan for their session location fell through because of another event, Heritage Square in downtown Phoenix became our plan B. And after shooting there, it should have been our plan A to begin with. Their vintage, timeless style matched perfectly with the old buildings, and flowering trees. The similarly themed wedding, which is in a few weeks, will be stunning I'm sure!

Dan & Laura, Engaged @ Scorpion Gulch at South Mountain {Phoenix Engagement Photographer}

Dan and Lauren are getting married this summer back home in Canada. But they love the desert of Phoenix so much that they decided to document this crazy awesome time of being engaged by getting photos here! We headed out to South Mountain's Scorpion Gulch and took advantage of the beautiful sun setting behind the mountains. These two were such a joy to photograph - they posed so naturally together and the camera (and I!) absolutely loved them.
